I will never understand evangelical/fundamentalist Christians. Is it just me, or are they practically advertising porn on their site?

For those of you still hanging in there, I'm now in Virginia at my sister's. I had a pleasant flight yesterday, although I have to say that the people who are designing airplanes these days are maximizing the sardine experience. I almost felt sorry for the young Christian girl sitting next to me (I had the window seat). I was reading this week's issue of The Stranger - which has all these "marching orders" for queers. Hilarious. I am sure she would have rather been sitting next to a slug. I was half-tempted to tell her, don't worry, you're not my type. Poor kid.

Anyway, that is neither here nor there. I haven't been here long enough to tell any good stories. This afternoon we're supposed to go into DC for the Folklife festival (I have no idea what this is). Hopefully I'll make it to Sticky Fingers (vegan bakery). Whee!
